不適(shi)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)在小(xiao)(xiao)眼及中小(xiao)(xiao)型(xing)排(pai)水管網的(de)內側壁涂(tu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)工藝，它(ta)是(shi)利用(yong)(yong)率無氣涂(tu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)機(ji)傳送(song)來的(de)直(zhi)流高壓工業(ye)(ye)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)，進(jin)行特(te)(te)質的(de)的(de)噴口，使工業(ye)(ye)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)做霧(wu)化(hua)后(hou)立即型(xing)成(cheng)汽車(che)喇叭形（園椎型(xing)、實心），均(jun)勻的(de)地噴在排(pai)水管網內外壁，可(ke)以保證 排(pai)水管網的(de)涂(tu)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)工藝。 NKP-1型(xing)基本(ben)應(ying)用(yong)(yong)在于Ф50-Ф300mm的(de)地埋管，油漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)涂(tu)料凝固點應(ying)當超出(chu)80秒（4號福特(te)(te)杯）。假如金屬(shu)涂(tu)料用(yong)(yong)戶粘(zhan)度(du)過于80秒，要加(jia)有機(ji)溶劑做好稀釋工作。NKP-1型(xing)根本(ben)上沒有管線時(shi)間受限(xian)制，但比較好不短于15米。
